The hotel rooms were a good size for the price and in an excellent location, only a couple of minutes from the St James train station. The service was exceptional with friendly staff always willing to help. However, the noise from construction throughout the night was disturbing. The location is very central and close to everything, but the rooms we stayed in were filthy. The dining options were available onsite, but the closing time was a bit early. Overall, good value for money with some room for improvement.
